 Labradorite is usually used to meditate and balance your aura.  Associated with the crown chakra, it is said to help against physic attack.  It is thought to be able to help wearers connect with higher realms of consciousness. There are pockets of Labradorite all over the world, but it is particularly prevalent in Nordic countries like Norway and Finland, as well as North American countries like the USA and Canada. 

Hematite is a grounding stone believed to protect the wearer against negative energy.  It strengthens our connection with the earth, making us feel safe and secure, which in turn gives us the strength to create healthy boundaries energetically and emotionally.
